Call for Art for 2nd Annual Open Juried Small² exhibit

Last year was a success, so we are doing it again! Martin Artisans Guild will be accepting submissions between April 1-30 for 2D artwork from members and non-members.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Will be sent out by May 7

EXHIBIT DATES: July 1- August 29

OPENING RECEPTION: July 1 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM,

Artists can select subjects, styles, and 2D media to create artwork on a square, unframed, 12x12x1.5 — or 10x10x1.5-inch-depth canvas with painted edges.

First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded. Artwork cannot extend past the square. The small squares will be exhibited in The Palm Room Art Gallery, alongside our annual Summer Salon featuring our professional and emerging member artists in the “Summer Salon”.

WHEN/HOW TO ENTER: Return here to enter between April 1 and April 30.

ENTRY FEE: $35.00 for up to 3 submissions.

GALLERY COMMISSION: Non-members: 25%

Members: 20%

Come browse our eclectic collection of fabulous works by Martin County artists and find the perfect piece to unleash your inner art aficionado!

The Martin Artisans Guild will host new art exhibitions every two months with member artists. Each exhibit opens on the first Wednesday with a reception at the Gallery from 5:30-7:30 pm, which includes live music, great food and wonderful art! On the first Wednesday of the second month of each exhibit, we will host a Meet the Artists mini-reception from 4-6 pm. We are located near the East end of the Plaza, close to Stringers Tavern & Oyster Bar.
